About this item

The cut our grandparents never wasted, and the most nutrient-dense thing in the freezer. From our 100% grass-fed herd, raised on rotating pasture in Meaford.

Soak it in milk for a gentler flavour, slice thin, and keep the pan hot so it stays tender. With butter and onions it wins people over. Some customers blend a little into ground beef dishes for the nutrients alone.

Pickup or local delivery Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Weekly home delivery: Meaford, Thornbury, Clarksburg, The Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Kimberley, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, and Glen Huron. Fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free at $500+. Out-of-area (Owen Sound, Flesherton, Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener–Waterloo): once a month on the first Wednesday, $400 minimum, $74.99 delivery. Order by Friday 8pm. Spend over $700, save 10%.
