Four pan-ready patties of our heritage pork, seasoned the breakfast way: maple syrup, sea salt, garlic, mustard and spice.
The pigs are Tamworth and Hampshire breeds, outdoors year-round, fed peas, oats and barley grown and ground fresh on this farm. That extra fat is what makes the patty.
~0.43 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Weekly home delivery: Meaford, Thornbury, Clarksburg, The Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Kimberley, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, and Glen Huron. Fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free at $500+. Out-of-area (Owen Sound, Flesherton, Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener–Waterloo): once a month on the first Wednesday, $400 minimum, $74.99 delivery. Order by Friday 8pm. Spend over $700, save 10%.
