The gold standard for broth. Chicken feet are nearly pure collagen, and a few in the pot turn ordinary stock into the kind that sets solid in the fridge.
From our pasture-raised birds here in Meaford. Old cooks never skipped them; new cooks are catching back up.

Pickup or local delivery
Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Weekly home delivery: Meaford, Thornbury, Clarksburg, The Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Kimberley, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, and Glen Huron. Fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free at $500+. Out-of-area (Owen Sound, Flesherton, Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener–Waterloo): once a month on the first Wednesday, $400 minimum, $74.99 delivery. Order by Friday 8pm. Spend over $700, save 10%.
