Unrefined sea salt from the Sea of Cortez — Baja Gold, harvested naturally with its full spread of minerals and trace elements intact. A little seasons more than you expect.
Choose fine grind for everyday cooking and the table, or natural grind for grinders, brines, and finishing. One-pound bags in both grinds; five-pound bag in fine grind for kitchens that cook most nights.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Weekly home delivery: Meaford, Thornbury, Clarksburg, The Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Kimberley, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, and Glen Huron. Fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free at $500+. Out-of-area (Owen Sound, Flesherton, Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener–Waterloo): once a month on the first Wednesday, $400 minimum, $74.99 delivery. Order by Friday 8pm. Spend over $700, save 10%.
