About this item
A bone-in shoulder roast that rewards the slow way: low oven, plenty of time, and the bone paying it all back in flavour.
Our pigs are heritage breeds that live outdoors through every season, moving through bush and pasture on farm-grown feed. Roasts like this are why we keep the old breeds.

Pickup or local delivery
Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. All online orders in by Friday 8pm for next-week local delivery. Packed Saturday morning. Third-party shipping picks up Tuesday mid-day. Home delivery in Grey-Bruce (Meaford, Thornbury, The Blue Mountains, Collingwood, and nearby), plus Wasaga Beach. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500. Home delivery farther away (GTA, KW, Guelph, and beyond) is paused while we find a better carrier — Farm Store pickup stays open.
